About
Monster Bash is a NAF approved two day event in Darlington. Usually attracting between thirty and forty coaches each year, it has become a firm favourite in the North East Blood Bowl calendar.
Our Story
The North East of England has a fine and long standing history when it comes to Blood Bowl. The home of tournaments like Monkey Bowl, Geordie Bowl and of course UKTC for many years. It can also boast being the home of many Team England coaches. In 2022 TheCowDaddy, whilst looking for a tournament that didn't take itself too seriously, found there wasn't any in the local area which used all of the inducements available. No Waagh Drummers, No Mascots, No alt weather tables or Halfling Hotpots anywere to be seen. So he (and the other BBNE1? hosts) set to rectify this travesty and Monster Bash was born.
The first event in 2022 was a simple one day event. The winning coach, Yudlugar, took the tournament down with his Goblins and a giant called Peo (Named after an original host of the podcast and the person who leant him the model).
Due to the popularity, Monster Bash then moved to a two day event in 2023. Monster Bash II sold out in just one week and it's been going ever since.
